An ethnic inspired garment with unique detailing, stitching & surface design ideas.  The pattern includes two lengths, pocket sizes and a decorative back panel design.  Directions with enlarged templates are included for creating your own felted garment pieces plus standard multiple-sized patterns for creating your vest in commercial fabrics.
